Refund Policy and Terms of Service


We are so excited that you or your child are planning to register for one of our choirs! Before you go any further, check out our refund policy and terms of service so that we are all on the same page!

Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration, unless the choir member​ has pre arranged with Urban Choir Project to 'drop in'.

  • A full refund can be issued up to 5 days before the 1st choir rehearsal. After this time a 50% refund can be issued upon request.

  • In the instance that a choir member starts a cycle and is unable to continue, a 50% discount can be issued up until the 4th rehearsal of the cycle. After this time, a refund will not be issued. 

Terms of Service

  • Intellectual property and repertoire taught in rehearsals remain the property of Urban Choir Project. They cannot be taught or performed outside the organization without permission.

  • Lost property – Urban Choir project does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. 

  • We do not accept liability for personal injury or illness to any choir member during rehearsal.  

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct details for you and your child and keep us updated of any changes to contact details or health issues you would like us to know.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control ie Transport, fire, weather, unplanned venue closings or other such situations.

  • If a rehearsal has to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport, weather, fire, unplanned venue closings etc Urban Choir Project hopes that all choir members will be able to attend the new date, but will NOT refund the session, in the instant that the choir member cannot make it.

  • Urban Choir Project reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
