Payment and Refund Policies and Terms of Service

 

We are so excited that your child is planning to take part in Pop Choir Camp 2018! Before you go any further, check out our payment and refund policies and terms of service so that we are all on the same page!

Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full upon registration, unless a payment plan has been prior  arranged 

  • Payment includes a 40% deposit (of the general admission fee) which is non refundable.  

    (40% of the general admission fee ($425) = $170)

  • If you decide to withdraw your child's application, you will receive a refund of the balance paid (minus the $170 deposit)

  • The balance is refundable up until Monday June 11th. After this date, refunds will not be issued.

  • In the unlikely instance that there are not enough children to run the workshop, a full refund will be issued.

Financial Aid - Payment Plans

  • Financial aid is available in the form of payment plans. Plans will be set up to fit the need of the individual family - no financial documentation is required. Please email charlie@urbanchoirproject.org for more info

Terms of Service

  • Lost property – Urban Choir project does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. 

  • We do not accept liability for personal injury or illness to any choir member during rehearsal.  

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct details for you and keep us updated of any changes to contact details or health issues you would like us to know.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control ie Transport, fire, weather, unplanned venue closings or other such situations.

  • Urban Choir Project reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
